Container StandardsInfectious waste must be placed in rigid, leak-resistant, and puncture-resistant containers. Sharps must be stored in FDA-approved sharps containers.
Who Can Haul WasteInfectious waste must be transported by a registered infectious waste transporter with the Ohio EPA.
